He has been published in more 54 scientific publications in peer reviewed journals with Impact Factor and has been a lead site investigator in two multi-centered trials at John Peter Smith Health Network in Fort Worth,TX which was named by Washington Monthly as the number one rated hospital in 2020. His clinical interests include the prevention of Type II Diabetes, the treatment of Diabetes Mellitus type I and II, metabolic syndrome, and the usage of insulin pumps and CGM.In 1991 he discovered in the laboratory of Prof. Botazzo in London ,England in Middlesex Hospital the expression of the adhesion molecule CD44 on snap frozen sections and cell cultures from different immune and autoimmune thyroid disease for the first time. Dr. Manov is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and has been named as Top Doctor in 2018, 2021 and 2022. He is a Professor in Internal Medicine at TCU Burnett School of Medicine, Fort Worth,TX and Professor of Medicine at Touro University School of Medicine and Reno University School of Medicine,Henderson and Reno Nevada. Dr. Manov was Course Director for 2nd year medical students in Endocrinology at a level of Professor at University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth,TX,in 2017-2018. He was 10 years Chairman of Department of Internal Medicine at John Peter Smith Health Network, Fort Worth,TX from 2008-2018 and is now the Program Director of Transitional year residency and core faculty of Internal Medicine Residency in Sunrise Health GME Consortium, Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Manov as a renowned lecturer has given multiple lectures in the area of DM type I and Type II management as well as in other Endocrinology topics on multiple National and International Symposiums and has written Endocrine chapters in 2- English Medical Books. Dr. Manov is Editor in 3- Medical Journals in the USA.
